In the wake of a global pandemic, many have asked us why we are still working? That's a fair question, here's our answer...⁠

There are people who need to move, sell their home or buy a new one for many different reasons.  â

Things such as moves planned long before this situation came, divorce, death, new babies being born, families outgrowing their space, retiring or downsizing are all factors. â

At this time, we are following all possible protocols. â

For the safety and wellbeing of everyone we come into contact with during this time, please consider the following before you book an appointment to view a home:⁠

1. Have you avoided contact with anyone who has been ill or travelled lately?⁠

⁠

2. Are you feeling 100%?⁠

⁠

3. Are you willing to adhere to social distancing, view homes in no more than groups of 2 and wear gloves or use hand sanitizer when entering or exiting a home?⁠

If you answered YES to ALL of these questions we are happy to schedule an in person socially distanced viewing️ â

When viewing or listing homes for sale we will adhere to social distancing, no open houses, groups of no more than 2 people entering a home with our agents, hand washing, hand sanitizing and using gloves or disinfecting wipes on door handles entering and exiting any homes.
